Abandoned waterslides of a water park seen from above, Algarve, Portugal

Seen from directly above, several tube slides wind in wide curves through dense greenery, their round splash pools scattered across the ground like rings. The soil between the tracks is reddish brown and sandy in places, overgrown with grass and shrubs elsewhere. The once blue slides have largely faded to grey. The geometric arrangement of the tracks forms a branching pattern.
