Skeletal concrete structure of a former holiday camp on the Adriatic coast, Italy
A multi storey concrete skeleton without any facade curves gently across the site, its floor slabs and columns left fully exposed. Further ruined sections with empty window openings connect on either side, trees and shrubs growing here and there from the floors. The sun sets directly between the concrete frames above the sea, the sky glowing in orange and blue. The massive, stark structure contrasts with the openness of the water beyond.
