An elongated building with a continuous arcade of round arches and slender columns stretches across a green open area, its roof almost entirely gone. Ivy and shrubs grow from the facade in several places, with a few palm trees standing in front. In the background, snow capped mountain peaks rise beneath dense, low hanging clouds.
