Illusionistically painted wall with fictive architecture in a rural villa in Lombardy, Italy

An entire wall is covered with a painted fictive architecture of columns, an arch, and a balustrade, simulating a second level with a balcony. Painted figures in muted green and pink tones stand within oval fields, with small scenes of tools and weapons above. Two real door openings interrupt the painted facade on either side, one of them revealing a red room beyond. The painting is heavily faded, letting the plaster beneath show through in places.
