Stone figures used as brackets on a ruined château in France
Richly carved stone figures in draped robes serve as brackets beneath a deeply projecting cornice. The facade behind them is built of red brick, collapsed in places. Wooden shutters hang crooked in their frames, surrounded by dense foliage. Despite the weathering, the figures still appear finely detailed.
