CAR AND COW

Car graveyard with a cow grazing among the wrecks in Scotland

Among rusting car bodies and scrap parts, a black cow stands in the tall grass as if guarding the place. In the foreground lies a red and grey wreck without an engine, its doors missing and windows clouded. Further back, sheet metal, barrels and machine parts pile up to the horizon, where flat pastureland begins. The openness of the field contrasts with the density of the scrap gathered here over time.
