Row of rusted car shells among pine trees in Belgium

Beneath tall pines, several car bodies lie closely lined up, their metal weathered in tones of green and rust. Needles and dead leaves cover the cars almost completely, leaving the shapes of doors and roofs only dimly recognisable. The soft, reddish brown forest floor between the trees contrasts with the dull metal of the wrecks. The muted light of the pine forest gives the row an almost museum like stillness.
