In the turquoise water of a river mouth, several large ship hulls lie close together, one of them almost entirely collapsed and flooded. Beside it, a wreck with a mast and reddish brown superstructure still rises clearly from the water, its sides faded in tones of blue and green. Along the bank, more hulls, some overgrown, line a narrow tidal creek. The calm water mirrors the shapes of the wrecks, deepening the sense of final stillness.
