Round church hall with encircling galleries in Poland
Two symmetrical wooden staircases frame the view into a round hall with several stacked gallery levels in turquoise and ochre. The balustrades are partly collapsed, a chandelier hangs bent at the center of the room, while the floor is covered with debris, boards, and soil. The dome above shows extensive water damage and exposed brickwork. The once festive round form now feels raw and hollowed out.
