Dozens of anchors stand in rows in the sand, their flukes tilted to one side, the metal entirely covered in rust. Sparse dune grass grows between them, and beyond lies the flat sea under a hazy sky. The regular arrangement reads like a quiet field of iron, shaped over the years by wind and salt.
