Burned piano before dark sculptural forms in a never-finished Art Deco style villa

Black, draped forms with oval openings hang from the wall like frozen curtains, crossed by narrow beams of light. To the right stands a burned piano, its wooden casing partly burned away to expose the mechanism inside. The floor is covered with fine ash, through which two narrow strips of light fall. The forms suggest faces, though their origin remains unclear.
