Overgrown control panel with gauges in a hydroelectric plant in Portugal
A wide control panel with round gauges, levers and switches occupies the centre of an otherwise empty alcove. Dense shrubbery has spread in front of it, reaching almost up to the lower row of instruments. Two doorways flank the panel, a remnant of tiled wall visible to the right. The silent machinery and the growing green face each other directly.
