Young maple trees grow in a decaying room with a brick ceiling in Italy

Beneath a heavily weathered brick ceiling, its plaster flaking off in large patches, several young maple trees with broad leaves grow from the broken floor. Three window openings in the back wall glow bright, almost overexposed, against the room's darker half. Rubble and small brick fragments cover the ground between the young trunks. The scene feels like a room turning back into a garden.
