Trees grow through the concrete structure of an old explosives factory in Italy

Between the freestanding concrete supports of a partly collapsed structure, trees have taken root, their crowns growing up into the openings of the former hall. A narrow outdoor staircase runs up along the façade on the left. The structure itself is heavily weathered, plaster and paint flaking off in large patches. Green runs through the entire building from bottom to top.
