WORK AND VIEW II

Wide view of a factory building before a jagged mountain range in Italy

Seen from a greater distance, the jagged mountain range moves further into the foreground here, while the long factory façade with its gabled roof structures occupies only a narrow strip at the bottom of the frame. Clouds drift over the peaks, their light shifting between grey and white. The vegetation on the slopes appears denser than on the building itself. The scale between structure and landscape shifts clearly in favour of the mountains.
