In a tall room with a stuccoed ceiling and a central rosette, bare bedrock breaks through the floor. The lower walls are stripped to raw masonry, while the upper sections still carry cream-coloured plaster. At the far end, an arched bay window opens onto greenery outside. Construction and stone seem to merge into one another here.
