Sawtooth roof with glazed sections above an abandoned factory in northern Italy
A pitched sawtooth roof with continuous glazing lights the hall from above, while a row of large, box-shaped windows below opens the view onto the surroundings. Plaster comes away in large patches from the walls, exposing the masonry beneath. Small ventilation openings are set at regular intervals at the base of the window row. The construction feels simple and functional.
