Interlocking conveyor machinery in a decommissioned mine in Italy

Massive gears, rollers and conveyor belts interlock into a dense technical structure filling the entire space. Rusty metal dominates the colour scheme, interrupted by warm light from the background. A grated metal walkway leads between the parts of the installation. The arrangement is so intricate that the function of the individual elements is barely discernible.
