Round structure with two clocks in a historic water treatment plant in Germany

A vaulted room with a tall brick ceiling frames a round, pillar-supported platform at its centre. Two symmetrically placed staircases lead up on either side, with the entrance to the raised area between them. Two old clocks hang on the wall, their hands stopped. The lower wall surfaces are clad in white and green tiles.
