Concrete staircase in a round glass block tower in an abandoned holiday camp in Italy
A massive concrete staircase rises diagonally through a round tower whose walls are made entirely of glass blocks. Light filters softly through the glass, and in places open windows replace individual blocks, revealing trees outside. The surfaces of the staircase are blotchy and mossy. The geometric clarity of the structure dominates the image.
