Symmetrical staircase before three tall windows in an abandoned sanatorium in Georgia
Two symmetrical flights with a white balustrade and slender columns meet before three tall round arched windows, through which a garden with trees is visible. The walls are kept in warm terracotta and heavily weathered, remnants of a light fixture hanging from the ceiling. The floor is covered in fine debris and plaster fragments. Light from outside bathes the space in warm backlight.
