PURPLE DANCE

Circular dance floor with purple seating alcoves beneath a geometric roof in a disused discotheque in Italy

A multiply folded roof in dark purple spans the circular dance floor, at whose centre a rusted, funnel-shaped fixture hangs beneath a glass skylight. Stone-built seating alcoves with purple upholstery surround the space, spotlights still hanging in their mounts. Dense greenery is visible through the glass fronts all around.
