THE FINAL CURTAIN 2

Horseshoe-shaped auditorium with gilded ceiling painting and red curtain in a historic theatre in Italy

The horseshoe-shaped auditorium opens beneath a golden ceiling set with round medallions and painted ornament. Several tiers upholstered in red velvet curve around the stage, its dark red curtain drawn to one side. Behind it the empty stage lies in half-light, while the warm glow brings out the gilding of the boxes.
