Ruin in a mill valley with a watercourse, Tuscany, Italy
Between moss covered stone pillars, a narrow watercourse runs down small steps through the ruin. On the right, dark doorways open in thick walls, while branches and vines grow across the collapsed arches above. Leaves cover the ground between the stones, and light falls in only here and there from above. The narrow space feels like a green tunnel of stone and water.
