Nowhere are there as many enchanted places as in Italy. That is why the country is the favourite territory of the Krefeld photographer Sven Fennema. Overgrown church ruins, mystical villas or the former luxury car works „Isotta Fraschini“ in Saronno.

Ferns, shrubs and trees several metres high have worked their way up through the floor and taken possession of the old halls. These „Lost Places“ are fascinating subjects for Fennema.
