Colonnaded walkway with a domed roof at a disused railway station in Gagra, Abkhazia

A row of weathered columns with Corinthian capitals carries a vaulted roof, its paint flaking away in large patches to reveal traces of turquoise beneath. Palm fronds and dense greenery frame the walkway on both sides. The floor shows a star-shaped mosaic of light and dark stone in concentric circles. The view leads through the repeating arches into the depth of the passage.
