Abandoned shipwreck in a lake with patches of water lilies in Brandenburg, Germany

Photographed straight from above, the hull appears as a narrow dark strip amid a wide expanse of water. Treetops and grasses cover the deck, and the water around the wreck shows finely patterned patches of algae and floating leaves. Along the lower edge, yellow flowering water lily fields stretch through the water like ribbons. The perspective makes the ship look like a quiet fragment within the surface.
