Domed ceiling above a rococo hall in an abandoned villa in Piedmont, Italy
A circular, coffered dome in pink and cream crowns a hall with a richly decorated fireplace. Two symmetrical door openings sit beneath the dome, while a curved stucco cartouche fills the right wall. The tile floor continues in muted colors, a window on the left letting light in. The ceiling painting still appears clear and ordered despite its age.
