Moss-covered basin inside an abandoned cooling tower in Belgium
In the lower part of the same cooling tower, a system of narrow concrete channels branches radially across the floor. Dense moss and individual ferns have completely overgrown the edges and gaps. The ribbed wall of the tower forms a calm, pale backdrop for the vivid green. Small posts mark the former pathway in places.
