COUNCIL OF MINISTERS

Balustraded staircase with a view toward a bright doorway in an abandoned government building in Georgia

A moss covered stone balustrade runs diagonally through the frame toward a brightly lit doorway in the background. The surrounding walls are heavily weathered, plaster and paint flaking away in irregular patches. A second balustrade crosses the first in the foreground. The backlit opening sets a calm, bright counterpoint to the dark foreground.
