Decaying hall with gilded balconies and a blue coffered ceiling in a house of culture in Georgia

A blue coffered ceiling with gilded frames is torn open in several places, beneath which two gold-trimmed balcony tiers curve along the side walls. Rows of blue folding chairs stand scattered and partly overturned across the hall, the floor littered with paper and plaster debris. Side windows let daylight in, casting long shadows over the empty room.
