Radial wooden framework with cacti in an overgrown garden in Portugal

Seen from a greater distance, the circular wooden framework of the pavilion shows its rafters converging like the ribs of a star. A gnarled root stump lies to the left, while column like cacti rise vertically beside it. At the centre, stone steps lead to the same wrought iron door seen in the companion image. Lush ferns and agaves fill the ground below.
