A weathered dome with flaking paintwork in an abandoned sanatorium in Georgia
A coffered dome rises above Ionic columns and tapers toward a small, brightly lit oculus. Moss and dark water stains cover the upper rings, while the lower coffers still show floral rosettes. Colours shift between faded green and warm ochre. Decay has given the once-symmetrical structure an irregular, almost organic texture.
