Blue rotunda with a double staircase in a forgotten hotel in Tskaltubo, Georgia

A round hall in bold blue is framed by slender columns with white capitals, topped by a shallow dome with a circular ceiling medallion. A wide staircase rises at the back, while a round opening in the floor reveals another staircase below. The blue paint flakes off in places, exposing lighter plaster underneath. The double staircase arrangement gives the room an unusual, almost labyrinthine depth.
