Forgotten church with radiating dome painting in Italy

The view through a tall round arch opens onto a domed apse, its painting laid out in concentric, radiating patterns. Side openings let branches and leaves grow into the space from outside, while an altarpiece is only faintly visible at the center. The floor is covered with leaves, branches, and fine debris. Despite water damage, the radiating pattern of the dome remains the defining element of the space.
