Former church with blue star painted vault in Belgium

A choir lined with dark, richly gilded wooden stalls on both sides, spanned by a deep blue vault painted with stars and marked by peeling plaster. White statues of saints stand in wall niches, framed by gilded radiant crowns, while a red cloth bearing a cross hangs before a carved altarpiece at the center. The stone floor is covered with fine debris, a barrier marking the last step toward the sanctuary. The furnishings appear almost fully intact despite the decay around them.
