Symmetrical room with stone urns in shell niches in a forgotten villa in Piedmont, Italy
Two stone urns stand on pedestals within shell-shaped niches that flank a narrow room beneath a pointed vaulted ceiling. Above an open door at the centre sits a small window, letting in a little light. Green vines grow through the doorway into the interior. The architecture's strict symmetry remains clearly visible despite the peeling plaster.
