A view down a silo shaft with a rough stone wall in an old cement works in Italy

The view drops through a roughly broken opening into a cylindrical shaft, its walls coated in rust and mineral deposits in brown and ochre tones. A finer, brick-lined surface appears further inside, glowing in warmer light. The rough, irregular texture of the outer stone contrasts with the more regular structure below. A single piece of metal juts into the centre of the opening.
